Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

There are factors that will affect the processing time as well such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or seasonal high demand.

Shipping Time
Orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days after it is processed, and not from the date the order was placed.

These factors can delay the shipping time where we do not have any control:
- Weather
- Holiday Season
- Shipping company error
- Customs clearance

Despite not having control over these, we will try our best to keep you informed with all of the information we can provide and is available for us to use.

Does your price include customs tax?
Our prices do not include any possible customs tax or duties that your country might impose on packages coming outside of your country. Customers will be responsible for paying these charges and should you want to clarify the rates, please contact your country’s customs office.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can you ship to military base address?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military base address.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid?
It is case-to-case basis. Please see our Cancelation page for the detailed information.

Do you provide prepaid return labels?
Yes, we cover return shipping costs for damaged items ONLY. Please contact us first for approval. You may refer to our Refund Policy page for the detailed information.

Please Note:
- Business days do not include holidays and Sundays.
- Provide a complete and correct shipping address to avoid delays in processing.
- Artisio is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process as that is solely up to them when to release your package.
- We do not offer expedited shipping.
- Shipping Protection is an insurance to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft.
- Shipping fees and Shipping Protection Insurance are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing or incorrect shipping details. Refunds will not be given for packages returned to us.

We cannot offer a full refund for lost packages. However, we can reship your order for a $10 shipping fee.
