How quickly can you answer my question?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received.
Our support team typically replies within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse may pack and ship it within 24 hours. Because of this, address changes are not always possible.

If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

We will do our best to update your address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed, especially once the package has left our warehouse.

Processing time

Processing begins once your order is placed and usually takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 00:00 CET will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location.

Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your confirmation email.

Will my order be delivered in one package?

Depending on the size and contents of your order, items may be shipped in multiple packages, which can arrive 1–2 business days apart.

Out-of-stock/backordered items:

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated shipping date.

If the item is not expected to be available within two weeks, we will automatically refund the purchase price for that item.

Address changes:

If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can try to locate your package before it is shipped.

There is no guarantee that we can change the address, especially once the package leaves our warehouse, but we will do everything we can!

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We apologize that your shipment did not arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

How can I track my order?

Click the Track Order link on our homepage or in the main menu and enter your tracking number to view the latest status.

If you need help, our support team is happy to assist.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24–48 hours after shipment.

If your tracking number is not active after this period, please contact us for assistance.

What can I do if something is missing or damaged in my order?

If a purchased item is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

This depends on your delivery destination and how close it is to our warehouse. Our order cut-off time is 00:00 CET. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We use USPS for our US customers.

In what condition must the products be to be returned?

tems may be tried on for fitting, but must be:

  • Undamaged

  • Clean

  • In new condition

Please return items in their original packaging, including all accessories whenever possible.

What is the restocking fee?

We do not have a return fee.

Who pays for the return shipping?

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

In all other cases, the customer bears the direct return shipping costs.
